Select a date and time. We open at 8AM MT everyday, and close at 8PM MT, which is the cutoff time for returns. Failure to return rented E-Bikes will be subject to an additional charge.

Iron Horse Rental Co. wants you as a user to be confident that we protect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with the law.
Personal Data
To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and email. To register an order, information about the time of rental and what type of equipment is reserved/ordered must also be stored. There is an 18-year age limit for using the service and you must therefore also provide your year of birth. When using the service, your order history is stored. This personal data is used to deliver the service to you. This personal data is stored as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have registered is available and can be changed on your side. You can also contact us and request that we remove your personal data or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.
Personal Data to Third Parties
Iron Horse Rental Co. will not sell, exchange or forward your personal data. Order information is handled in a system provided by Sharefox.
Payment Information
When you order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS to safeguard your order. DIBS stores the information in a secure and responsible manner and is PCI certified. This allows us to handle changes to orders, cancellations of reservations such as deposits, credits, additional costs incurred by the user (in the event of late submission, damage or similar), as well as reduce misuse and loss. Transaction information is stored related to your order, but not the card information. Transaction information will be stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, see the section on personal data.
Use of Collected Information
The personal data collected for these purposes includes both information that you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information that is collected through use of the service, such as which equipment you rent and information about location and technical information about your device and internet connection. The personal data may be supplemented with available information from third-party actors.

When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies make it easier to use the service and to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to temporarily store data such as available rental dates, prices and the like
Through server logs and other tools, we may record information about your device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies, and unique identifiers. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics, but may also be linked to your user account. Among other things, this information allows us to customize the display of our service to the device you are using.

Terms and Conditions
This Rental Agreement (&ldquo;Agreement&rdquo;) is entered into by and between the individual identified as the Renter and Iron Horse Rental Co., LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company with its principal office at 300 Pacific Ave., Medora, ND 58645.
1. Purpose of Agreement Iron Horse Rental Co., LLC operates an E-Bike rental business located at 3576 East River Road South, Medora, ND 58645. By entering into this Agreement, the Renter agrees to rent E-Bike(s) under the terms and conditions set forth herein and acknowledges execution of the Release, Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk.
2. Rental Details and Fees The Renter agrees to rent the specified number of E-Bikes for the chosen rental duration, with the following rates:

$70.00 &ndash; Five Hours
</li>
<li data-start="1100" data-end="1121">
$80.00 &ndash; Full Day

Payment is due prior to the rental period. A security deposit of $100.00 is required in addition to the rental fee and will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the E-Bike(s), provided there is no damage or policy violation.
3. Eligibility All E-Bike operators must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Minors under the age of 16 may not operate an E-Bike without direct written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign the required waiver.
4. Renter Code of Conduct and Use Restrictions By renting E-Bike(s), the Renter agrees to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Operate the E-Bike(s) responsibly, respectfully, and within legal limits.
</li>
<li data-start="1819" data-end="1910">
Follow all local traffic laws, trail regulations, and manufacturer safety instructions.

<li data-start="1911" data-end="1966">
Do not exceed the speed limit of 22 miles per hour.
</li>
<li data-start="1967" data-end="2055">
Report any accidents, injuries, or equipment issues immediately to Iron Horse staff.
</li>
<li data-start="2056" data-end="2136">
Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances.
</li>
<li data-start="2137" data-end="2219">
No racing, stunts, off-road riding, or overloading beyond manufacturer limits.
</li>
<li data-start="2220" data-end="2286">
Do not leave E-Bikes unattended or unsecured in public spaces.
</li>
<li data-start="2287" data-end="2365">
Be courteous to pedestrians, wildlife, staff, and the public at all times.
</li>
</ul>
5. Zero Tolerance Policy Iron Horse Rental Co., LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the following:
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" data-start="2491" data-end="3161">
<li data-start="2491" data-end="2668">
Sexual abuse, harassment, and misconduct: Includes any unwanted or inappropriate physical contact, verbal remarks, or behavior that violates personal boundaries or laws.

<li data-start="2669" data-end="2849">
Bullying or intimidation: Verbal, physical, or psychological bullying of any kind&mdash;including cyberbullying&mdash;toward staff, other renters, or the public is strictly prohibited.
</li>
<li data-start="2850" data-end="3161">
Concussions or health incidents: Renters involved in a crash, fall, or collision must stop riding and assess for signs of concussion. If a head injury is suspected, the renter must discontinue use and seek medical attention. Iron Horse staff reserves the right to terminate the rental for safety concerns.
</li>
</ul>
6. Compliance with Regulations All renters must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, trail rules, and Iron Horse Rental Co. regulations and by-laws. These may be updated and are available upon request.
7. Termination and Consequences of Misconduct Violation of any part of this Agreement&mdash;including prohibited behaviors or unsafe conduct&mdash;may result in:

Immediate termination of the rental,

Forfeiture of deposit,

Notification of law enforcement or relevant authorities, as applicable.

8. Right of Refusal Iron Horse Rental Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse service or rental to any individual at its sole discretion.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any legal dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Billings County, North Dakota, pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
