Select a date and time. We open at 8AM MT everyday, and close at 8PM MT, which is the cutoff time for returns. Failure to return rented E-Bikes will be subject to an additional charge.

Personal Data
To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and email. To register an order, information about the time of rental and what type of equipment is reserved/ordered must also be stored. There is an 18-year age limit for using the service and you must therefore also provide your year of birth. When using the service, your order history is stored. This personal data is used to deliver the service to you. This personal data is stored as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have registered is available and can be changed on your side. You can also contact us and request that we remove your personal data or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.
Personal Data to Third Parties
Iron Horse Rental Co. will not sell, exchange or forward your personal data. Order information is handled in a system provided by Sharefox.
Payment Information
When you order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS to safeguard your order. DIBS stores the information in a secure and responsible manner and is PCI certified. This allows us to handle changes to orders, cancellations of reservations such as deposits, credits, additional costs incurred by the user (in the event of late submission, damage or similar), as well as reduce misuse and loss. Transaction information is stored related to your order, but not the card information. Transaction information will be stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, see the section on personal data.
Use of Collected Information
The personal data collected for these purposes includes both information that you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information that is collected through use of the service, such as which equipment you rent and information about location and technical information about your device and internet connection. The personal data may be supplemented with available information from third-party actors.

When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies make it easier to use the service and to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. By renting an e-bike from Iron Horse Rental Co., you (&ldquo;the Renter&rdquo;) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding once the rental is confirmed and payment is received.
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2. Eligibility and Requirements</h2>
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Renters must be 18 years or older to rent an e-bike.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Minors (ages 16-17) may operate an e-bike only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.</li>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3. Rental Period and Returns</h2>
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Rental Duration: Rental periods are available on an hourly, full-day, or multi-day basis.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Return Time: E-bikes must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns may result in additional charges.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Early Returns: No refunds will be issued for early returns.</li>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4. Payment and Fees</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Payment Method: Full payment is required before the rental period begins.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Late Fees: Late returns may be subject to a fee.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Damage Fees: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the Renter.</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5. Cancellation and Refund Policy</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental period are eligible for a full refund.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.</li>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6. E-Bike Usage and Safety Guidelines</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Helmet Use: Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Road Rules: Renters must obey all local traffic laws and park regulations.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Prohibited Activities:</li>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">No off-road riding or riding on unauthorized trails.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">No carrying passengers or exceeding the weight limit.</li>
</ul>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7. Liability and Assumption of Risk</h2>
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Assumption of Risk: The Renter acknowledges the inherent risks of cycling and assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Release of Liability: Iron Horse Rental Co. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the e-bike.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Renter Responsibility: The Renter is responsible for returning the e-bike in the same condition it was received.</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8. Damage, Theft, and Loss</h2>
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Damage Fees: Renters are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage beyond normal wear and tear.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Theft or Loss: In the event of theft or loss of the e-bike, the Renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the e-bike.</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9. Insurance</h2>
<ul style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Iron Horse Rentals Co. does not provide insurance coverage for personal injury or property damage. Renters are encouraged to carry their own insurance.</li>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10. Acknowledgment and Agreement</h2>
By signing this agreement or completing the rental process, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11. Governing Law</h2>
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction of North Dakota courts.
